Yes, Label A&Rs and Admins need to create a FREE account to book an engineer or studio for their services. However, an engineer or studio can create a booking link and send it to you if you don’t have an account yet. When you click the link to ‘book’ the service, it will prompt you to create a FREE account to continue.
The services available for booking are: 2-Track Mix, Full-Stem Mix, Dolby Atmos Mix, Master, Recording, or Studio Session. You can book any individual or combination of these services from a provider on the EngineEars platform that offers these services.
The payment options we offer are PayPal, Cashapp, Apple Pay, Google Pay, StretchPay with Klarna or Affirm, as well as all major debit cards and credit cards.
You can use the search bar to find a verified audio engineer or recording studio to work with. To narrow your results, you can apply filters to specify your desired service type, budget, genre, and location criteria when searching. You can also search for engineers or studios by name as well as verified music credits. Alternatively, you can use the Find My Engineer tool to get matched to recommended mixing/mastering engineers tailored to your artist’s unique sound. Once you've found the provider you'd like to book, you can book a service to get your project or session started!
Yes! Once you have booked a project or session, you can share a private link with other teammates to grant them access to view/monitor its details, upload files, listen to mixes, give feedback, grant approvals or download assets.
EngineEars provides you with tools to promote your artist’s persona, showcase their songs, and monetize their brand via direct-to-consumer sales of their music/merchandise/experiences.
If you are unhappy with your mix/master, you have the option to request a revision from your engineer. Make sure to provide detailed feedback on what you’d like changed in your revision request so you can collaboratively work together towards achieving the sound you want.
Based on our terms of service, the copyright and intellectual property rights of the work created or uploaded to EngineEars is solely your label’s. Any files you upload, along with the mastered versions you receive, are private and never shared with others without your label’s express permission. Your label maintains full ownership and rights over your original created content, not EngineEars.
In certain situations we will issue refunds. You can read our refund policy here.
