Sign up for an account and select the Studio Manager profile type. Depending on the size of the waitlist, you may be asked to patiently wait before your account is ready for onboarding. If you are not waitlisted, you can freely set up your account to start listing your services right away.
The EngineEars platform does not charge any fees to list services on the marketplace. Free account members incur a 10% service fee every time a listed service is booked on the platform. Paid account members do not incur any service fees on service booking transactions.
The standard services you can choose to offer are: Recording and Studio Sessions. You can also distinguish the service rates between different studio rooms offered and in-house or affiliated recording engineers. Artists can book any individual or combination of services that you list on your account profile.
No. You can join EngineEars as a free account member in order to offer your services. However, paid account members enjoy a vast array of benefits (e.g. able to list multiple studio rooms) from the platform and community. As soon as you complete a session, you will be paid. Collected funds from artists and label clients are securely held in escrow until the completion of a booked session, then they are immediately released to your account. Instead of chasing payments or waiting due to net-30 payment terms, you get net-0 payouts automatically so you can focus on delivering recordings.
