PHASE 1
Application Submission Period | November 29th - December 12th
Applicants must be legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S. + D.C., 21 years of age or older who are female or identify as female and able to travel to Nashville, TN from 2/23/24 – 2/26/24. See Official Terms & Conditions for additional information.
Visit engineears.com/MixHer to review the the Program Application Guidelines and apply. As part of the application process, you will be asked to submit a working portfolio outlining and highlighting your experience, skills, and passion for audio mixing and/or mastering. Applications must be received by 11:59:59 P.M. PT on December 12th, 2023.
PHASE 2
Dolby Atmos Online Course | December 18th - January 15th
Applicants who meet all the selection criteria will be notified via the email address used to apply on or around December 15th, 2023. Beginning December 18th, 2023, selected Applicants will have until January 15th, 2024 to complete the 38-hour, self-training course provided by Dolby Labs & EngineEars.
PHASE 3
Award | January 18th, 2024 at 12:00:00 P.M. PT
Applicants who have completed the 38 hour self-training course and achieved a grade of 85% or higher will receive an Award opportunity via the email used to apply at 12:00:00 P.M. PT on January 18th, 2024. The first 20 applicants to claim an Award prior to 12:00:00 P.M. PT on January 22nd, 2024 (or when the 20th Award is awarded, whichever is sooner) will receive a 4 day/3 night trip to Nashville, TN to apply their newly developed skills in real time at the state of the art East Iris Studios.
